Maxie and Max : Max is on the verge of a double lung transplant here.  He could use your prayers.

Tetrajack pile : These are 4" new-age brick prototypes to be for construction of earthquake-resistant housing in the middle east.  The shape is deceptively simple:  there is an equilateral tetrahedron "inside" the form with 4 more tetrahedrons mounted on the 4 faces of the base tetrahedron.  This photo shows these shapes as if they were poured out of a bucket.  No attempt was made to pack them closely together.  Under the right circumstances, very accurate renditions of this shape will pack together until there is less than 10% void space between them - unprecedented for a shape with such pronounced features.

herringbone pavement pattern : Sorry about the focus, tetrajacks are layed out in a self-locking surface array

press output : A rotary press and feed system for the manufacture of 12mm Tetrajacks designed and built by yours truly.  It works better than my wildest imaginings.

reticulon stack : This shows the Reticulon geometry stacked to show its space-filling properties as well as the beautiful surfaces it is capable of presenting.

reticulon wire : This is a space-filling shape I invented.  It will eventually replace many bricks in conventional construction as well as provide a new unit cell design for ultra-high strength applications.  Very cool!  Brand new shape on the planet!!!
